THE ISSUE !
My issue is equal pay for women .There is a space in wage between men and women , Woman get paid less than man . Women only make about 79 % of men's average hourly wages , Even though the female gender makes up half of the work field .
Women receive more college degrees than men , but continue to earn less than men . They earn in an average less than men in almost every occupation .
